Large and brand-new rooms with the ceiling above the bed, worse decor and a sleeper sofa, good breakfast. Clean facilities there.

The rooms were brand-new, extremely spacious, came with a sleeper sofa and the ceiling above the bed, as for instance. I had a satisfactory breakfast. The location was marvellous - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go.
